Service Description

• (20) One on One, 30-minute Swing Lessons incorporating OnBaseU hitting Screen, Kinematic Sequencing and Blast Data to improve hitting. • Player Blast Swing Analysis- player explanation of data and how to use when she practices. • Analysis of Homework swings recorded using Blast Motion. Why do we use the Blast Motion technology: • Blast is the most accurate swing analyzer available. • Blast gives me as a coach, the most important and critical data needed to help players improve at hitting including: Attack Angle, Bat Speed, Power, On-Plane Efficiency, Rotation Metrics, Connection Metrics, Peak Hand Speed, Bat Angle, Time to Contact. • Video analysis of each swing which allows me to overlay the swing data on the screen which watching the swing, giving the player instant feedback and understanding. Capture, analyze, train and track with Blast Motion technology. Using Blast Data in conjunction with OnBaseU Kinematic sequencing screening (which I am Certified in) has improved all areas of hitting for my athletes through a deep understanding of how the body functions during hitting. Athletes are not one-size fits all. We feel strongly that there is an efficient way for every athlete to play, based on what they can physically do with their body. In other words, I will match each athlete’s physical abilities to their technical skills. This will help them perform at the highest level possible. These packages are much more then the 30-minute in person sessions as there is a tremendous amount of analyzation required by me in order to identify areas of strength and isolate areas of needed improvement based on each players body make-up.
